Wow-- Is what you will say when you walk into your beautifully kept vacation home - 16' vaulted ceilings, with custom crown molding, faux decorated walls, and a long relaxing view of water- Our house is located on a quiet residential street on the River side of the Island Fishing is great off the dock- as our access to the river is very short- The 12' of great room patio doors open fully - to view the heated pool, lanai (with 2 loungers, table and chairs) and afternoon sun --New carpeting, wall decor, hand built walnut kitchen cabinets- and granite counter tops--55" HD tv, and WIFI internet-----Master BR boasts a tray ceiling with recessed lighting offering a king size bed, huge bathroom and oversized tub and shower-- What makes our house unique is that we built the master bedroom on one side of the house, and BR 2 and 3 on the opposite side-- Allowing privacy when you want it== There are patio doors in the MBR and BR 2 as well, with a long view of water-----BR 2 has a queen size bed, again with its own bathroom, and BR 3 has twin beds, and again- with its own bathroom --Parks are close, beach and golf too!
