The rain forest room provides two single beds and a private bath. It's great for kids or non-couple guests. All furniture and appliances are new and all beds are comfortable and new. A full kitchen offers ice maker refrigerator, flat top range, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and a blender. Fully equipped for cooking and dining, this kitchen gives a large group everything it needs to prepare and serve a relaxing meal. On one side of the Villa Palmira beach, a nature center provides hiking trails and kayaking. To the north a Government Park limits access to the beach and stretches more than a mile to Punta Santiago, a quaint beach town with nightlife and a number of well-regarded native seafood restaurants. The swimming is safe and the ocean floor sandy.Children will find the edge waters shallow and inviting. Adults can swim out a few hundred feet for deeper waters and still find a sandy bottom.
