It is located just three houses from the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean. Upstairs is a spacious living area, an eight person dining table, and fully-equipped modern kitchen with granite counters. The sliding doors open to a covered lanai with a nice ocean view, and this ocean view is visible from throughout the upstairs. Downstairs are two identical master bedroom suites each with king-size bed and private bathroom with dual lavatories. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom across the hall. Also downstairs is a full laundry room with washer and dryer and a one-car garage. The house is equipped with all linens, and beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers. Outside is a large lawn for sunbathing and barbecuing. This house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
