Home is located in the Point Whitehorn area (south) of Birch Bay. 3 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom. Main bedroom has 1 window. Second bedroom has two windows. Third bedroom has two windows. Downstairs bathroom has tub jets. Large screen television in living room with cathedral ceilings, dining room table for 6, and fireplace. Eating bar with barstools. Open kitchen with microwave, electric toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric toaster and blender. Full set of silverware, dishes, and wine glasses for that special occasion. Washer and Dryer in separate room. Patio with picnic table, bbq, and fenced backyard. For pets there is a dog run. Note: We prefer pets to be either always outside or always inside.
