The week was everything we expected and more. We had a great time fishing, swimming, boat rides on the lake, and just relaxing and watching the sunsets. The kids had a grand time with the boat and the lake and our family has wonderful vacation memories we will treasure for a long time. Our son Evan when asked about a traveling vacation next year said he wants to come back to your nice cottage, lake, boat, etc. We truly appreciate your kindness, hospitality, and how welcome you made us feel. Warm thanks for your friendliness and hospitality. It started with the breathtaking view from the cottage and the beautiful sunsets that we enjoyed each evening. We had a vacation where we enjoyed the lake, the cottage, the surroundings, and each other in our family's company. We had a great time fishing, swimming, and especially boating. Some of the things we observed were: Loons feeding fish to their babies, deer drinking in the lake water, an eagle on the lake that periodically flew over, our 7 1/2 year old son catching bass, perch, bluegill, sunfish, the great view of the lake, and each of enjoying our vacation. Thanks for having us at your wonderful cabin on this very special lake. It was the perfect spot for us to gather with our immediate family with a location with so many amenities and a fun place. We really enjoyed our time at Loon lake from boat rides to swimming, to watching the sunset, to just having fun. Missy, Jeff, Amy, Dave, and kids.
Coming to your cottage on Loon Lake was totally enjoyable from start to end of our stay. The deer, the turkey, the Loons, the fishing, the sunsets, the boat rides, etc. were all great experiences. Your cottage on Loon Lake was exactly what we'd hoped it would be. What we didn't expect was the wonderful hospitality we enjoyed. You have a true haven here and we loved every minute. Thanks for your special attention to the kids (treats, bug zappers, swim noodles). You made us feel like family. We enjoyed the lake, fishing, swimming, the cottage, watching the sunsets from the deck, and all the fun times we had. We all made memories here to last a lifetime. We enjoyed the cottage, the lake, the boat, the sunsets, and just having fun for a week. The days started with beautiful scenery, some early fishing, with afternoon swimming, later boat rides, great sunsets, and other fun activities. We have numerous pictures that will be a reminder of the great time we had here. We hope to return in 2012 since 2011 is special vacation out west. Thanks for everything. It was a lot of fun.
