We stay at the house from June 22 - July 9. We had such a great time. The house was fully equipped with everything you can think of. The security in that complex was amazing. We had the family come over for a barbecue and had a great time. I will always have beautiful memories of this house because my 7 year old learn how to swim in the pool. I definetly will stay there again. I have already spread the word to a few friends. Thanks to Mr. Perez for allowing us to enjoy his house.
Roomy, well equipped, a lot nicer than it even looks in pictures. We were thrilled with every aspect of our stay. We came for a family wedding/vacation and had a ball. The pool area was great, we spent most of our time "home" out there and ate all our meals out there. There was plenty of privacy for the three couples and the kids who slept in the room with a double and single. And the three bathrooms sure came in handy as we prepared for the wedding festivities! We were even able to accomodate extra family members who stayed overnight rather than travel back to their hotel in San Juan with the extra air mattresses put in the t.v. room which is separate from the main living area, and so, a bit more private. Clean as a whistle, extra linens, lots of towels, super equipped kitchen, nice, quiet gated community, we enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning watching the hummingbirds by the pool area and our nightcaps listening to the coqui frogs sing. The area is convenient to shopping, and we ate in a fabulous authentic Puerto Rican cuisine restaurant about a mile away. In fact, we loved it so much we ate there twice! Deposit was returned very promptly, everything relating to the "business" of renting this house was top notch. We absolutely will stay there again when we visit Puerto Rico and can't recommend this place more highly!
Luis, I just wanted to say a thank you . B-3 Dorado Del Mar was absolutely Amazing ! I just got back home and I am missing your Home already ! everything was perfect the house is nice and clean and everything is up to date your air conditioner in the living room is great !! The house is beautiful and all the rooms are very spacious ! I love the view to the pool from the bedroom at Night it is breath taking with all the lights . My mom is still there and as you know she loves it too !!!! thank you I will never stay at a hotel again when I am in P.R !
Our trip from PA was a real pleasure. No customs, no immigration very easy to get to San Juan international airport when traveling within US. This property is conveniently located 30 – 40 minutes from the airport subject to traffic, which is really convenient. At the same time it is located in the exclusive El Dorado area, west of San Juan and within the premises of the Embassy Suites development, which is a great gated-community. You get to enjoy all the amenities of the Embassy, including access to the private beach and obviously the restaurants, and casino among others. This complex enjoys from a very easy access to drugstore, bakery, restaurants, gas station and supermarket. The kitchen has been renovated and has everything you will need on a vacation trip. It does have all the required utensils for cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our family experienced our stay intensively thanks to the atmosphere of this house. Our kids had a great time at the pool. The house is very roomy with great bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning and on top of this you have three bathrooms. The pool area is perfect for a family gathering with enough space for a cookout. The neighborhood is very calm and family oriented. We feel very safe all the time and very peaceful. This is definitely a place for a family vacation looking for enjoyment, relaxation and easy access to all needed items. I would say that the only downside was not being able to stay longer. It is true this is a great place!
Luis, just wanted to thank you & your famiily for allowing my family & I to stay in your beautiful home. Words alone cannot express how grateful we are. Everything was just PERFECT!!! The rooms, the pool, the whole ambiance of your home. So well equipped with everything we needed. We were so close to EVERYTHING. Literally 5 minutes from food, shopping, & the beach. We absolutely appreciated the security the gated community offered. IT WAS JUST PERFECT!!! & I can't forget to mention your air conditioners! The monsters of all AC's! So, for those who enjoy a cool environment in the Carribean, this home takes the cake! Rest assure I will never stay in another home again. I will be contacting you soon to reserve next year's stay. I stayed at the house from May 13-21 and the house was great. It had everything you needed to relax. The pool was clean,plenty of towels just everything you needed for a relaxing vacation was included in this home. Next year i will want the exact same house and recommend it to everyone. You will not be dissapointed......

We stayed at the House for 1 week. The House has all the ammenities you would need for a Great Vacation.The Hotel, Casino,stores and restaurants are within walking distance of the House. The Pool is Olympic sized and very well taken care of by the House owner. The owner is very honest and professional in his dealings with renters... Words cannot describe the great experiences that we had during the week we stayed there !!! Many thanks to the owner.........
My stay at this rental was exceptional. The owner is very professional and I had no problems with communicating or needing information with their team. The rooms were made up nice, the pool was clean, and there are sufficent living materials to include towels, cloths, and kitchen appliances. If Im ever in PR again I will choose to stay at this place.
