Agatam Lodge is a classic Tahoe Mountain style home in Tahoe Vista only a 10 Minute drive to Northstar and 15 minutes to Alpine & Squaw ..Free WiFi. Walk to Tahoe Vista Beach, Boat Launch, kayak rentals. & Restaurants. There is a filtered lakeview from the deck. . One block up the street is the North Tahoe Regional Park, with 5 miles of hiking, dog-walking, and biking trails you can pick up 2 blocks up from the house. These are groomed for cross-country trails in the winter.

Agatam Lodge has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the entry floor, along with an additional TINY bunk room with 2 twins

The Master bedroom (CA KIng) and bath and open living area on the upper floor. There is also an additional 1/2 bath upstairs.

The gourmet kitchen has all new appliances, gorgeous granite slab countertops and a new rustic maple hardwood floor. The dining table seats six and there are comfortable barstools at the island counter. The interior furnishings of the house are in an updated casual Mountain Craftsman style. The bathroom counters are granite also. Relax on the sunny deck and enjoy the filtered view of Lake Tahoe down at the Beach. Enjoy the convenience of a gas BBQ and comfortable deck furniture to cook out in style.

Numerous great local restaurants and galleries are just a short walk, including Spindleshank's, Captain Jon's, and Tahoe Vista Gallery. The Old Range Steakhouse is right at the foot of our street, and you can walk down to dinner and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets on the lake. The main shopping area of King's Beach is a short drive for groceries and other shopping, and Tahoe City is a short drive the other direction.

There is a wood stove in the living area for warming up the cool nights, and all of the bedrooms have cozy designer quilts and luxury bedding.
