All other rooms have manual controlled ceiling fans). There is a formal dining room, two lounges (one with TV & video the other a TV & play station 2), Pool room, kitchen with breakfast bar. Outside, patio doors lead to a beautiful swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The south facing pool is fully screened and has ample space, perfect for sunbathing. It has a two car garage which is ideal for two families sharing. There is a children’s play area only 2 minutes walk away. The Accommodation The villa is particularly well suited for two families or for those travelling with a nanny or grandparents. There are alarms fitted to the patio doors, which sound when open. It is thoughtfully furnished and versatile with plenty of space to accommodate larger parties. Laundry facilities are provided in a separate air conditioned utility room and include a super sized washing machine and tumble dryer (which means get the laundry done before travelling home, unpack your suitcases when you get back and put all your clean clothes in the drawers or wardrobe whilst reminiscing what you were doing two weeks previous).
