The 3rd bedroom has 2 single sleigh beds, cable TV, and is also the library with views over the city and 25 ft ceiling. In addition there are two single roll-away beds, sleeps in bed up to 8 persons
Parking is a private 2 car tandem garage, includes surfboards, boogie board, universal weight machine up to 200 lbs, heavy bag for kick boxing. Additional guest parking in the courtyard, or on the street. There are no parking meters on the street.

Chris really found us a great condo. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. It was so clean and well looked after with everything you would need for a comfortable two week vacation. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub; I think my husband used them every day. There were stairs to the beach right from the complex. We had coffee every morning looking out to the ocean and went to bed hearing the ocean. It is an easy walk to the busy part of Encinitas and to many restaurants.
