Our house is just 70 steps from the beach. The Turquoise Turtle Beach House is a luxurious vacation rental home in New Smyrna Beach Florida that is kept exceptionally clean. There is a private 4 bedroom/2 bath villa upstairs and a private 3 bedroom/2 bath villa downstairs. The villas can be rented together to have large rental property for large groups.
This 2 story house has 2 separate villas that are non-smoking. We are interior designers and have decorated our house in soothing tropical colors with a relaxing island feel. The Turtle Beach Villa, is upstairs and is luxurious and beautiful with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, tile flooring, and well equipped kitchen. This spacious villa has large windows with an ocean view. This villa makes a private spacious get away that can sleep up to 10 people. The Turtle Nest Villa, is a separate villa downstairs and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tile flooring. This cozy villa is a great place for a couple to escape to the relaxing beach life or it can sleep up to 8 people.
Separate laundry facilities are available for each villa. Each villa has a covered patio that is furnished for socializing or relaxing with the sounds of the ocean waves in the background. An outdoor deck is a great place to relax. A gas BBQ grill is available.
The Turquoise Turtle Beach House has become a popular house for family reunions, church retreats, and corporate getaways. By combining the two villas the entire house can sleep up to 18 people.
