Walking distance (3/4 mile) to ferry, 1/2 mile to Main St shopping, harbor, town beach, 'Black Dog' tavern. Popular island bike route and public bus in front of house. Flexible weeks can begin or end any day. No pets (except in Chickadee after Labor Day). Smoking OK but only outdoors.
