The Eden House is a recently remodeled Gulf Front condominium. Use the trolley stop in front of the Eden House to reach the island restaurants, shops, open air cafes, and souvenir shops. The building has all new windows, doors, and railings along with a remodeled lobby and elevator. A new mansard roof and new brick pavers in the parking areas provide you with a truly upscale surrounding for the vacation getaway of your dreams.

The heated swimming pool and sauna areas have been upgraded with a redesigned brick paver patio and pool surround area. The condo grounds have been completely re-landscaped creating a setting of tropical beauty for residents and guests.

The master bedroom has its own walk-in closet, king size bed, TV, and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full wall of closet space. With the sleeper sofa in the front room, the condo will comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
