My wife and myself rented the 2 bedroom house. We had all the comforts of home. The location was great! Close to the water way we brought our canoes. There was a nice restaurant that sits right on the water just 2 minute walk. Plenty of parking for our motorcycles brought our trailer with our Harleys for Bike Oktober fest. We enjoyed it. We would rent again. Maybe next year!
We rented the house for 10 days in October 2012. This is a charming cozy home with a lots of character, reminds me of the homes in New England. Very comfortable and clean place to stay. love the location just 5 minutes to Daytona Beach, and 15 miles to Destination Daytona. Plenty of parking for our motorcycles. We were very impressed and would rent it again. Owner Occupied.
My wife & myself rented this charming Victorian home for 2 months. It was very comfortable and clean. We had plenty of things to do while we visited Florida. We were centrally located near the Daytona Beach. Close to all the shopping centers & attractions. We will most likely book it again for next year.
We enjoyed our stay it was clean and quiet. We had plenty of privacy. I would rent it again for next winter. It was close to the beach, boating, shopping, & restaurants.
The house was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being near the water so we could take our boat out and also great for kayaking. It is centrally located near the shopping plazas, resturants and Daytona Beach. We were very comfortable with our stay and would love to rent it again in the future.
Our stay was wonderful.We stayed for 1 month and loved it. It was very cute & clean & cozy place to stay. Lots of privacy.It was very convenient, close to resturants, shopping centers, Daytona Beach, Ponce Inlet Light House, Daytona Beach International speedway, Airport. Located Inner coastal.I t was nice to stay in a place that was centrally located. We enjoyed very much.
I have rented the cottage for over 3 months now.It is very comfortable and clean. Close to my work and everything.I can get to the beach in 5 minutes.Close to inner coastal. I love fishing & boating it has been great! I am thinking about coming back next summer for a few more months.I also told my family & friends about it. It has all the comforts of home. My wife and myself were very pleased .
WE STAYED FOR OVER A MONTH AND LOVED IT! IT IS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE THERE. WE TRAVEL WITH OUR DOG AND HE JUST LOVED THE LARGE FENCED IN YARD. WE DIDN'T NEED TO BRING ANYTHING EXCEPT OUR TOOTHBRUSHS & CLOTHES. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN. THE PLACE HAS JUST BEEN PAINTED ALL OVER INSIDE AND OUT. IT LOOKS NICE ITS A CUTE LITTLE PLACE . THANK-YOU FOR EVERYTHING WE LOVED IT.
We loved the cozy cottage, it was clean & quiet. Centrally located close to Daytona Beach & also close by resturants & grocery stores and shopping. It was so nice to have are own private yard for our dog that is fenced in. We liked it so much that we want to book it again next March 2012 We come to Florida every year for 1 month.
Owner Response: We are staying here for 2 weeks The owners are very honest people they have accomadated us very well. The cottage is very clean and quiet .The owners live on the property and maintain the property very well I highly recommend staying here again. They also welcomed our pet with open arms. We did get our deposit back after we stayed there. I highly recommend staying here it is a good price and a nice location.
The place was average at best and smelled a bit musty. The biggest complaint I have is with the owners of the property who requested paypal payment in advance and then cash on-site, claiming that they didn't want to have to pay the fee associated with paypal and would decline that payment. Unfortunately, they seem like scammers trying to take advantage and I'm going to have to deal with a civil suit to get my double-payment back. These are extremely dishonorable people and you should consider this before you rent from them. I would highly recommend NOT staying here. It's unfortunate that there are people like this in the world.
