Ponderosa is approximately 2,200 sq. feet of living space plus the large covered porches. There are 7 bedrooms , with pillow top mattresses ,that make it perfect for large family reunions or group gatherings. The home has wood laminate floors throughout upstairs, real wood floors in the living room and tile in the kitchen and baths. The dining table will sit twelve. The picnic table on the porch will sit ten and we have additional picnic tables in the yard.
