Swan Lake Retreat is a luxurious waterfront 4 bedroom / 2 bath home. Situated on quiet cul de sac street on Hatzic Lake in Historic rich Mission B.C. We are a short 1/2 hour drive from Sumas border and just over an hour from Vancouver. It is located close to the West Coast Express, which runs weekdays for convenient access to downtown Vancouver.

Decorated in a eclectic lodge style with sumptuous leather couches, imported tiles, slate fireplace. Spacious dining room with incredible view of the mountains, and lake. The waterside deck is where you can read that book or have a glass of wine. If toddlers are staying, we have installed a fence panel so as they do not have direct access to the lake via the back door, which gives them a nice grass area for them to play, This is a bird watcher's paradise, with an abundance of eagles, hawks, herons and ducks. Swans and geese make a regular return for the winter.

The home has 4 bedrooms. The spacious main floor bedroom (for those who can't do stairs) has a Queen bed and a single bed with easy access to the full main floor bathroom. The large Master bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed and has a full en-suite with private balcony. The third bedroom has a single log style bed, and the fourth has a double bed.

All of the bedrooms are decorated in an outdoor theme with lodge style bedding. Our kitchen is well equipped, with double oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Large Stainless BBQ awaits your next savoury creation.

Hatzic is a great place to water-ski in the early summer, and children will enjoy puttering around the dock and feeding the ducks. Mission is well known for Salmon and Sturgeon fishing. Fishing and golf trips can be arranged for your convenience. The Sandpiper golf course is a short drive away as well as the Mission Race Track for those who like the excitement of drag, bike and old-timer's races. Xaytem longhouse interpretive centre and the Mission Abby are minutes for our home.
