The covered verandah and pavilion style pergola are cool areas even under the mid day sun. The game room is a perfect distraction. The upper decks are perfect for star gazing after a long day on the beach. In the gourmet kitchen with granite island serving bar and oak cabinets you will find a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and an ample supply of serving dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and flatware for everyone. You can use the countertop for casual dining for four or for serving to the dining room table that seats 6. A picnic tables outside on the lower level verandah seat over a dozen people and the chairs on the 2nd floor deck are also a wonderful spots to enjoy a meal.
