This is a 2 br/2 ba third floor (no elevator, but not too many stairs) condo in the "Myrtle Beach Resort". Our condo is located in an oceanfront resort with numerous amenities. Yet, you get to pay a budget price. Although it is an oceanfront resort, our unit is not oceanfront, BUT we do have a pool right outside the building. The beach is within walking distance past the indoor pool, hot tub, lazy river, basketball courts, and oceanfront pool. It will take you about 5-6 mins to walk there or you can move your car, but by the time you get in it, you could be on the beach. Our condo is a non smoking unit. It sleeps 6 people with in two queens and two built in twins in the living room, A full kitchen with all utensils and supplies and a dining table complete the unit. Unit in the summer go between $1,200-$1,500. We rent ours for $775 for the week including the cleaning fee for two reasons: We are on the third floor and we are not oceanfront BUT it is clean and comfortable.
