There is a one month minimum rental here. We're located in Corbett Canyon area, in San Luis Obispo, on California's Central Coast. It's about a 10 minute drive to San Luis Obispo (downtown), Pismo Beach, or Arroyo Grande (5 minutes). Lopez Lake is also about 10 minutes from here. This 3700 square foot home was completely remodeled in 2003 featuring a stainless steel kitchen, hardwood floors, and a Media Room. The gated home sits on four acres with a one and a half acre fenced corral. It features two large bedrooms (the other two are locked and not accessible). A third sleeping area could be the large media room with private bathroom. A formal living room, and a two sided fireplace shared by the kitchen. The den and kitchen have French doors that lead to the rear slate patio. There is a gourmet kitchen with a marble top center island and large dining area that seats up to six. The master suite has a walk-in closet and the master bath includes an extra deep jacuzzi tub with nine jets, and a steam room with dual shower heads. The home has bleached hardwood floors, and sicel carpeting throughout. There's over 1000 square feet of outdoor decking overlooking the corral with mountain views.

Ther are great views of the surrounding canyons here. We're on four acres, there is plenty of room here. It's very peaceful and quite here, yet only five minutes to town and less than 10 minutes to any of the surrounding '5 cities' including: Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, and Oceano. 70+ oak tree's, many over 100 years old.
