Bright spacious studio apartment in a building directly on a pristine stretch of white sandy beach. Condominium Stella Maris is centrally located at #1 Condado Avenue in the heart of El Condado, right next door to the San Juan Marriot Resort and Casino. The fifth floor location allows for spectacular views but is still low enough for you to be lulled to sleep by the surf at night. A full wall of sliding glass doors on the ocean side opens up to tropical breezes and a panoramic vista.
The approximately 400 sq. ft. apartment has a new king size bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a 4 person dining set. There is an air conditioner and ceiling fan. All linens and towels are provided. There is a CD player, an ipod docking station, and cable TV with VCR/DVD and high speed wireless internet.
The well maintained and secure twelve story condominium is separated from the beach by only a decorative cement wall . A designated space in a gated parking area might be available for $10 daily, please inquire in advance if desired. Each floor has a separate key for the elevator and stair well which helps ensure security and privacy. A coin operated laundry room is on the first floor. All you should need to bring with you is your clothing and your smile

Nearby Attractions: - Virtually any activity you’d expect at a seaside resort can be found in San Juan. A cyber café and several gyms are with- in the neighborhood. Tours out on the island can be arranged by the concierge desk at the Marriot. Wind surfing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving are all available in the metropolitan area. My husband and I stayed 5 nights and absolutely loved the condo. It had everything we needed from sand chairs and beach towels to all needed kitchen supplies. It was a great vacation in paradise and the view from the condo is amazing! It is a great location and I plan to recommend it to all my friends. Eric was very easy to work with and it was one of our favorite vacations!
We had a truly kickass experience staying at this beachfront condo in PR. The condo is not just oceanfront, but almost IN the ocean view. Super clean place with a very accommodating, responsive owner. Great way to skip the hotels, the buffets and the silly crowds. Believe all the other positive reviews you find out there and get bookin today, this place fills up FAST.
Eric's beautiful commodious studio is exactly in the center of everything in the Condado, half a block from restaurants, bars and across the street from the Marriott and its casino and nightclub. The studio has been recently renovated, has a marvelous European-style bath and a completely equipped kitchen. The wall of windows opens right onto Condado beach and its sunworshippers. Although the A/C works fine I loved sliding the doors open in the early morning and listening to the waves coming gently ashore. I hosted a cocktail party for San Juan friends and folks we'd met on the ship (I had cruised down to San Juan from New York on the Caribbean Princess) and the apartment had glasses for everyone and everything else I needed. My partner and I chose this rental to celebrate our 25th anniversary and I couldn't have been more pleased. The view out the glass sliders was enough to rate it five stars and everything else was just a bonus. Right from the start the owner, Eric, was a joy to work with and he really helped to make our stay a memorable one. He was available on site and was always willing to steer us in the right direction, whether is be restaurants, bicycle and kayak rentals, beaches or sightseeing. The condo is meticulously maintained, very clean, and provides everything we could have possibly needed on our vacation. We felt that it was a bargain for all that we received and cheaper compared to other similar rentals in the area. The building itself is well kept and only footsteps to a beautiful, clean, white sandy beach. A bonus is the wonderful Marriot Hotel which is across the street. It has a great pool and deck which we managed to enjoy by pretending to be guests. I highly recommend it!

When you arrive, the view takes your breath away. Pictures can't do it justice. The apartment looks right out on Condado beach. The location is ideal, right in the heart of things. The kitchen had everything you could need and I did some of the cooking but there were many restaurants near by and I had some great meals. I had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon and often.

Its not very often that I write a review, but after staying in this condo for a week, I just had to write one to do justice to this hidden jem in Condado. At first I didnt believe the pictures in this ad and thought I'd be happy with anything thats even slightly close. But to our surprise, the condo was exactly like in the pictures. What you see is what you get and its just picture perfect. This place tidy, clean and is very well maintained. The owner is artistic and has excellent taste in decorating the condo. The condo is located right on the beach and facing the ocean. The full wall glass doors allows for stunning views of the ocean from every inch of of this studio (except from the bathroom). Talking about the bathroom, its completely remodeled with designer style faucets and shower head, much better than most high end hotels I've stayed at. This building is very secure, gated with multiple locked doors and the elevator requires a specific key for each floor. There is a Walgreens just a few steps away and numerous restaurants and eat out places within walking distance. The owner, Eric is cool, very easy to deal with, accessible and very prompt in his communication. He has great attention to detail and has stocked up everything that you'd ever need in this studio. Arrangements for arrival and departure were very organized. It was one of our best vacation and I can't wait to go back. You can't go wrong with staying here.
