There is a fully equipped kitchen, queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room area. Lovely bay windows in both the living room and bedroom that look directly out to beach... Also, a family room encased in windows, allowing the natural light to come in. There is a large Tiki hut picnic table right on the beach to enjoy reading, dining or evening sunsets. This cottage has central heat and air. Sorry, there is not a pool at the cottages. There is a washer and dryer, coin operated on the property. I also have Cottage #6 and #8..both of these are 2BR /1BA and fully equipped. There are 9 cottages in all, each individually owned. This is a very quiet, family oriented area.
