Whether you fixing a sunset snack in the kitchen or just relaxing in the living room the beach is always within eyesight! There is a large balcony from the living room that looks directly out to the beach. There is patio furniture on the balcony for taking in the fresh sea air and evening sunsets! There is a fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom consists of a Queen sized bed in an extra large bedroom with a walk in closet. There is also a double futon off of the living room. Swim in the large pool along the beach with plenty of lounge chairs for soaking up the sun! There are coin operated washers and dryers located on the premises. This is an extremely comfortable and well-maintained condo on Indian Shores Beach.
