This elegant 12-unit complex is located directly across from Main Beach with an unobstructed view of the ocean and just minutes from quaint and historic downtown Fernandina where unique shopping and fine dining can be found. This spacious, 1900-square-foot, end-unit condominium has stylish accents with a colorful Florida Keys decor. Enter the private foyer from outside or via your own private elevator from the underground gated garage. Once inside you will find an oversized kitchen with bar area and all new appliances. Separate dining area adjacent to kitchen. Relax in one of two sitting areas or enjoy the view and action on Main Beach from your oceanfront terrace with built-in grill. Each of three bedrooms is tastefully decorated and furnished, two with queen-size beds and one with twin beds. Master bedroom opens directly onto the terrace. Four cable TVs with DVD/VCR for indoor entertainment. Everything necessary for an enjoyable beach vacation has been taken care of, whether you want to stay one week or one month!

I had a wonderful vacation at this condo in February with my two sisters and my elderly mother. It's a very short walk across the street to the beach and the island's 13 miles of beach is fabulous; it is wide, and clean, and the buildings along it are all low profile. The condo has everything you need for an excellent vacation, including beach chairs and beach towels! The kitchen is absolutely fabulous for those who like to cook. It is spacious and well furnished and there are many supplies provided for cooking and cleaning. Great laundry room. Nice bathrooms. Nice towels and linens and lots of them. Excellent comfortable beds. We felt very safe in the condo and loved the private elevator access. The gated underground garage is easy to drive in and out of, and it is very airy, very well lit and secure. Our favorite activities were: sunrise walks on the beach followed by breakfast on the porch, and afternoon walks out on the half-mile long pier in nearby Ft. Clinch state park. The restaurants in Fernandina Beach are outstanding. The best of all the sight-seeing was taking a 2-hour cruise to see the wild horses on Cumberland Island. We would love another visit to Fernandina Beach and would definitely stay in this condo again. Communication with the owner was excellent.
