The 6th floor offers an awesome ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. Since the unit faces south, the balcony receives a good deal of sun, particularly in the winter months. No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - - beach chairs, body boards, blender, dishes, ironing board w/iron, blowdryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full washer and dryer in the unit.
