This Magnificent villa is fully serviced with a full time chef , housekeeper and pool /gardener. The chef will cook all your favourite Thai dishes for you, she will purchase all your food at the market, fresh fruit, croissants, etc every morning & prepare it (the cost of breakfasts is included). Fast free wireless internet throughout the villa. The villa is on a gentle west facing hill above gorgeous Kata Beach. All 4 bedrooms have air-conditioning and fans and its own private terrace. The master bedroom has a four poster bed, a very large bathroom with walk-in shower, large double JACUZZI bath & twin wash hand basins set in a black marble worktop. On the first floor there is a magnificent sun terrace with west facing infinity pool with JACUZZI, this opens from the luxurious lounge which seats 8 & has a 52+ inch flat screen TV, DVD player & CD player, satellite television. There is a fully fitted European kitchen and a marble top breakfast bar which divides this from the dining room, which again opens on to the sun terrace. Fabulous breakfasts and the services of a full time chef and housekeeper and poolman/gardener are included in this rental. Villa Jasmine has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with their own ensuite shower/bathroom, situated on the ground floor to ensure they are cool no matter what time of day. Upstairs is a large open plan living area looking onto the terrace and pool. The villa has been specifically built on a west facing gentle slope about a mile inland from Kata Beach. Allowing for magnificent sunset views over the sea through the tops of coconut trees from the terrace and infinity pool.

Wow..... what a holiday.... 7 of us 4 adults 3 Kids...... absolutely amazing...... words cannot begin to describe how lovely this place is.......you truly do need to see for yourself..... from the moment we got in the minivan on arrival to the moment we got back in the van on departure we was welcomed, looked after. everyone was friendly and nothing was any trouble.... infact the moment we enquired r booking Brian was straight up on the mark with everything we needed to know and any questions we had.... I must admit it was a little hard getting used to having things done for you but the staff made you feel at ease with a smile..... the food is absolutely spectacular and in my opinion better than the resturaunts.... the pool,the rooms, the views, the food, the service, the kindness, the happiness..... I have nothing but praise for villa Jasmine our Kata experience was made by this place and I would recommend it to everyone thank you so much from all of us The Adults and The Kids who might I add are already planning our return.... After several days of trekking all over Thailand, Brian's house and staff were a little piece of heaven. We arrived in Phuket exhausted from an early morning flight from Chiang Mai and were greeted at the airport by a driver who brought us to the house where we enjoyed a full breakfast and massages arranged by Noy, the amazing concierge. She also helped us arrange transportation to Freedom Beach and to the airport and ferry when the 8 of us went our separate ways a few days later. The pool and the views were stunning, and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I go back.
