This vacation condo is located in the prestigious Monarch Beach area of Dana Point. The complex includes a beautiful large, heated pool, spa and clubhouse. It is a short walk to Salt Creek Beach, home of the famed Ritz Carlton/Laguna Niguel.

The Dana Point Harbor, with 1500 yachts, is less than a mile away. The harbor has lots of shops and outdoor patio areas for eating and relaxing, or just people watching.

The area is very romantic. It is a popular location for weddings. Dana Point is also close to Disney Land, Sea Wrold, San Diego Zoo, The Wild Animal Park, Knotts Berry Farm, plus many other amususement areas.

This condo is located about halfway between LA and San Diego on the Southern Orange County Coast on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway going down the coast: first San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and Seal Beach. San Juan Capistrano is also located inland beside Dana Point. Dana Point is aproximately 70 miles from San Diego and 70 miles from LA, located in between the two cities on the coast.
