Guidelines
To review a property you must meet these requirements:
1. The renter must be able to provide evidence of stay
2. The renter must provide a valid email address
3. A review may be written by any member of the rental party
4. The renter may submit only one review for a rental property
6. The renter must be at least 18 years of age
7. An owner may not review his or her own property
8. Owner Responses must be written by the owner or their representative
Reviews and responses must not contain:
1. Personal or business contact information including:
Last names or company names
Email addresses
Web sites
Physical addresses
Phone numbers
2. Malicious comments or personal attacks
3. Content not suitable for a public forum including:
Profanity, obscenity, typographic symbols
Words with questionable meanings
4. Discriminatory, negative or questionable references regarding:
Age
Ethnicity
Gender
Disability
National origin
Religion
Sexual orientation
5. Commercial messages/advertisements
6. Content that discloses the physical location of the property
