We have 3 identical beautiful 1600 sq ft. 2 bedroom townhomes in Lauderdale-by-the-sea. One has a private back yard with a 4 pool and the other two have private back yards with private 4 person hot tubs.   These homes are in a fantastic location with a park directly across the street with a soccer field, tennis courts, basketball, kiddy park and exercise trail. The beach, fishing pier, 8 restaurants and grocery store are less than 2 blocks from the front door. All 3 homes are fully equipped, so all you need is a bathing suit and a tooth brush.  Furnishings, beds etc..., are all top of the line.
