Brookings Oregon Vacation Rentals

Note to all: We have suspended "Short-Term Rentals" at The Breakers. Though we rented short-term for 12 years, Curry County has imposed requirements we are unwilling to meet. Those include a complicated and expensive process to obtain a "Land-use Permit". The cost alone is $2000. The permit is not needed for rentals of over 30 consecutive nights.
